Our office accepts Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express and we accept all major insurances. If you have insurance please be advised that we may not be in network with your plan. We offer a 12% discount for Veterans and 5% cash discount when paid in full on day of service. We also accept Care Credit.

We will do our best to help with insurance claims and with providing all the needed information to get them processed.
